How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times vary by product and supplier. If you need an estimated delivery date, please contact us. We'll also contact you if a supplier availability issue is likely to delay your order.
Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your order has been dispatched, we'll send you a tracking link by email so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been processed yet, we'll do our best to help. Please email hello@mylosdoodleco.co.uk as soon as possible.

Do you offer free delivery?
FREE UK standard delivery on orders of £50 or more. Delivery charges for smaller orders are shown at checkout.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
At launch, we're focusing on customers across the United Kingdom. We hope to expand internationally in the future.

Are your products suitable for my doodle?
Most of our products are suitable for a wide range of breeds. Every product page includes sizing and product information to help you choose the right option.
I have a Doodle. Which products do you recommend?
You're in the right place! Mylo's Doodle Co. specialises in products perfect for Doodles and other active, family dogs. Every item in our store has been chosen with comfort, quality and practicality in mind.
How do I know what size to buy?
Each product includes a sizing guide where appropriate. If you're unsure, send us an email before ordering and we'll be happy to help.
🔄 Returns
What if my item arrives damaged?
We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll put things right as quickly as possible.
Can I return an item?
Yes. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return eligible items within our returns period. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
